Key responsibilities:
  • Work alongside clients to fully understand their objectives and asset structures
  • Liaise with internal and external departments ensuring transitions are executed efficiently and in a timely manner
  • Co-ordinate and handle Transfer Agency Oversight related queries
  • Work alongside Head of Operations to plan and implement bespoke improvement opportunities
  • Consistently completing ad-hoc projects to a high degree

Person Specification:
  • Institutional client experience
  • Minimum of 3 years' work experience in Transitions
  • CFA charter holder or IMC qualification desirable
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Able to multi-task, work to tight deadlines and cope with pressure
  • Flexible and adaptable attitude
