Our products and services include advisory, financing, prime services, research and analysis, securities services, trading and sales and transaction banking.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Pricing Analyst.

Principal responsibilities
  • Provide day to day global pricing validation and support via designated accounting systems
  • Perform pricing data quality checks across different financial products such as Foreign Exchange, Equities, Fixed Income, and Derivatives
  • Proactively investigate and resolve pricing queries to ensure all data provided to end users is validated
  • Undertake analytics and reporting activity for the purposes of key strategic Pricing projects
  • Engage in end user application testing on the pertinent systems and processes
  • Provide subject matter expertise to support any streamlining and automation activity
  • Is able to be a role model and coach to the more junior members of the wider team in Hong Kong and offshore locations in Bangalore and Colombo
  • Take on and share best practices with other GDS locations, including Edinburgh
  • Be compliant with risk management requirements set out in the Group Standards Manual and FIM


Qualifications
Requirements
  • Relevant University Degree in Business Administration and Finance with a CFA designation preferred
  • Experienced in the fields of Market Data, Fund Administration or Custody is an advantage
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel with the ability to script in VBA and Macros
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Willing to work with eight hour shifts between 7am and 8pm with some public holiday coverage
