Director Financial Planning & Analysis

On behalf of our client, a Twin Cities based, privately held company, we are aggressively recruiting for a highly qualified finance leader for a Financial Planning & Analysis role.    This individual will be particularly responsible for driving enterprise level FP&A process implementation.     We are seeking someone with demonstrated strategic thinking, comfortable with ambiguity and abstract thoughts, and able to effectively communicate potential outcomes from loose concepts.   A proven manger / team builder who is entrepreneurial, visionary and results-driven.     This role is a great opportunity for someone eager to shape and define a department, implement structure and perpetuate company growth.   Seeking qualified candidates, preferably with early career investment banking experience, who thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, are self-driven and highly motivated to provide direction, process improvement and people leadership to an emerging team.

The qualified candidates will have an MBA, preferably from a top-tier business school, and complex modeling expertise, preferably from within a partnership environment.
