Key Responsabilities:
Build and manage relationships with all stakeholders at all alevels across the business
Project manage the implimentation of complex product development for new products as well as existing product ranges
Identify new product ranges across the markets in the US, UK, Ireland and Lux regions
Understand the competitor landscape to inform product designt using market intelligence and competitor analysis tools
Promote client activity alighned with the orghanisations investment philiosophy
Responsible for all aspects of product development and strategy
Essential Requirements
3-5 Years experience in a product implementation position at an asset manager
Proven track reccord of delivery across public and private fund ranges
Familiarity with UCITS across UK, IRE & LUX funds
CFA OR IMC is prefered
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to mentor/ manage others
Experience and Qualifications
Product development track-record at a senior level
Evidence and track record in building a successful and profitable business in Ireland
Experience working successfully within a sales team, including working with colleagues across different geographies
