About Our Client:

Our Client is a Forbes top 200 company with a multi-billion worth of investments in China. Its portfolio includes a combination of long term property assets and listed companies, across a wide range of sectors from retail to insurance broking investments.

Responsibilities:

1. As a core team member to execute strategic investments across industries, including but not limited strategy and financial analysis, investment memo draft, deal negotiations, management presentations, etc.

2. Work with 3rd parties to conduct the entire due diligence works

3. Grow and strengthen the strategic relationship between the Group and portfolio companies (listed or large private) by offering value-added advisory and proactive initiatives

4. Take an active role in portfolio management of Group's China strategic investments., e.g. main touch point between the Group and portfolio companies, being appointed as professional roles in portfolio companies, etc.

5. Coordinate and facilitate the business cooperation between portfolio companies and the Group's subsidiaries

Qualifications:

1. Mandarin native speaker, fluent in English

2. Undergraduate from first-tier China or overseas universities, top MBA/CPA/CFA is a plus

3. 5 to 10 years investment, M&A, or financial advisory experiences from first-tier Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Consulting firms. IB+PE background is preferred

4. Excellent financial skill sets, high proficiency in developing financial models and PowerPoint slides; strong interpersonal skills

5. China deal experience is a MUST
