-Support Leveraged and Acquisition deals with originationa and execution
-Prepare pitch book, due diligence and conduct market research
-Help in structuring and execution of structured finance solutions
-Analyze and Develop financial models
-Liaise with other teams to ensure successful execution of transaction
-Degree holder or above in Law, Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
-Qualified to be registered as licensed person under SFC
-Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese including Putonghua
-Familiar with credit documents and structuring of loan and bond transaction.
-Proficient in fundamental analysis untilizing information sources.
-Good presentation skills and able to work under pressure.
-CFA Charterholder qualification is a plus
