IBD Coverage Banker - Team Head (Director/Executive Director) for Healthcare/Consumer Sectors

Responsibilities:

• Accountable for the growth of IBD Healthcare/Consumer Sectors, expand and cultivate client coverage and management efforts
• Lead and originate capital markets transactions, including Initial Public Offerings, Mergers & Acquisitions, Fixed Income, ECM
• Lead and guide sector industry/market research, financial analysis, financial modeling and forecasts
• Work closely with business stakeholders within the Group to originate deals and oversee smooth execution to complete the transactions
• Coach and supervise team members

Requirements

• Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
• With relevant professional qualification, e.g. CFA, CPA
• Minimum 12 years of working experience in investment banking coverage with major PRC or international investment banks, and securities companies in Hong Kong, especially in area of IBD Healthcare or IBD Consumer sectors coverage
• Proven track records in heading up IBD sector coverage team
• Well versed in Hong Kong SFO, Listing Rules and Takeover Code
• With business acumen and working knowledge in Chinese market an advantage
• Good presentation, communication skills and leadership skills
• Self-motivated, aggressive and with sound project management skills
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin (native Mandarin speaking is highly preferred)
