We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Wealth Solutions Manager- 24 months contract.

Principal responsibilities
  • Lead and develop an effective team to drive the design, development, deployment and commercialization of journeys and solution within planned timelines and budgets
  • Execute multiple projects, programmes and lead process improvements that result in efficiency and efficacy gains in the deployment and operation of solutions in the markets
  • Provide the Subject Matter Expertise across all aspects of area of responsibility
  • Role model the HSBC values as a leader within the Wealth Management team supports diversity and reflecting the HSBC brand
  • Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the HSBC brand


Qualifications
Requirements
  • University degree holder preferred
  • CFA or CFP or other financial planning designation preferred
  • Experience of managing and delivering cross-functional programs, ability to manage medium to large size Agile project
  • Ability to work effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders with varying degrees of knowledge and expertise. Requires a high degree of credibility and ability to work effectively with multi-cultural teams
  • Strong communication skills and proven people management track record essential
  • Working knowledge of Mandarin and Cantonese preferred
  • Attention to detail and strong sense of urgency
  • Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills
  • Culturally sensitive and understanding of local customer needs
  • Knowledge of Wealth Management business and process across different channels
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Ability to filter and prioritize multiple demands, resolve conflicts, and develop consensus
  • Ability to think innovatively, shaping and communicating new concepts
  • Ability to perform in an extremely dynamic environment with Agile development approach
  • Ability to independently identify and pursue the most strategic opportunities
  • Demonstrated ability to work with little or no guidance
  • Excellent strategic thinking and data analysis skills
  • Experience developing plans and processes to make Agile transformation successful
