This is an expatriate position located in Saudi Arabia.
~~Position Description:
The Investor Relations Planning & Performance Management Analyst will support the Investor Relations team and will plan, execute, and lead planning and performance management (P&PM) analytical activities under the broad guidance of senior staff and management.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related discipline; an advanced Business degree (e.g., MBA), and/or relevant professional certification (e.g., CMA, CFA, CPA) is preferred.
12+ years' related experience.
Solid knowledge and understanding of management accounting, finance and Excel.
Demonstrated capability and track record in the practice of P&PM and in the use of business intelligence tools.
Excellent communication skills, Arabic language proficiency is preferred.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Provides analytical findings and recommendations relating to P&PM activities, such as: business plan preparation, performance tracking measurement, and performance analysis and accountability reporting.
Conducts special P&PM related studies, such as: the development of performance initiatives and business cases; benchmarking; risk management; design and redesign of measurements, processes, and workflows; and information system-related changes.
Provides coordination and/or facilitation in the execution of regular and special tasks by other P&PM personnel, as well as mentorship on P&PM analytical practice.
Assists in the development of the Business Plan for the Investor Relations Admin Area which consists of the planned activities and initiatives supporting the Company's strategic objectives, the organization's performance scorecard targets, resource requirements (i.e., manpower, controllable cost and capital), and business risk outlook and mitigation plan for the next three years.
Coordinates the Quarterly Business Review (QBR) - which consist of key operational highlights, KPI outcomes, headcount and controllable costs variances relative to targets.
Develops and presents the monthly cost variance report, which is used to prepare IR's monthly report.
