Investment & Portfolio Manager

• Establish and maintain good working relationships with external and internal stakeholders
• Development of a wholesale investment framework for the research of alternative and bespoke investment products for Private Bank clients
• Drive growth in portfolio Funds Under Management (FUM)

About The Role
Role Location: Sydney or Melbourne
Role Type: Permanent, Fulltime

As the Investment and Portfolio Manager, you are responsible for building out the Private Bank Wholesale Investment Offering including the development of a research framework, investment analysis and ongoing monitoring and reporting. You are also responsible for the portfolio management capability for all discretionary and non-discretionary model portfolios for ANZ Private Bank & ANZ Financial Planning. In addition, you will also provide support for key stakeholders clients' investment, information and communications needs.

About You
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

• Direct experience and track record relevant to portfolio construction, portfolio management, “manage-the-manager” investment; and manager research, selection and review
• PS146 accreditation maintained within legal requirements, extensive knowledge of legislative and regulatory requirements and Policy guidelines
• Excellent financial, analytical and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Deep understanding and experience of the asset and wealth management industry and business
• University or post graduate academic background in finance, economics or financial theories, principles, and concepts commonly used in investments. CFA, CIMA or Masters of Applied Finance preferred.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
