Private Equity Accountant - A Leading Japanese Financial Institution

Exciting new role for you

You will be working with a team of expert on different projects - buyout funds, offer new business plans to improve client's financial position and providing necessary funds for business expansion for clients.  Ideally you should have at least 10 years of experiences from client's industry with strong business sense, able to work with a team of expert and be part of the team.  

Requirements

• Degree holder in accountancy or Diploma in Accounting/Finance/Business related discipline etc.
• Minimum 6 years' experience in Private Equity Fund Accounting/Finance, investment consultancy, investment banking corporate finance etc.
• Good knowledge in Private Equity Fund structures and accounting issues.
• CFA, CAIA, CPA/ACCA qualified.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Be flexible and an open-minded team player
