Summary

This is a unique opportunity for a motivated investment research professional with good interpersonal skills to join Jensen Investment Management’s Research team to support growth in existing investment products and the formation of a global large-cap, quality mutual fund. Once launched, the Jensen Global Quality Growth strategy will employ a strategy similar to that of the Firm’s flagship strategy, Jensen Quality Growth, expanded to a global universe of companies.  Both strategies will generally hold investments in 25-40 companies with market capitalizations greater than $1 billion. Investments will be selected purely by a bottom-up research process.  An investment will remain in the strategy as long as it trades at a discount to intrinsic value and generates expected shareholder value over the course of the investment.
