Institutional Business Development Manager

Role & Responsibilities

• Take a lead role in developing new business prospects
• Articulate investment process and strategy as required
• Take responsibility for business planning and implementation in selected geographical regions
• Work as part of a team and be mobile when required
• Work in tandem with the Investment professionals

Background and Experience

• Demonstrable experience working with or for investment managers, consultants and asset owners in Europe
• Strong track record of winning new business and presenting to clients
• Some client service skills
• Thorough investment knowledge
• Detail oriented, proactive, bright and energetic in approach
• High standard of written and oral English language skills
• European language skills would be highly beneficial (Northern Europe)
• High level of attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team environment & possess well developed interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with regular travel
• Strong academic background; a good degree from a leading academic institution,
• CFA Level I or above
• Strong IT and numeracy skills
