Responsibilities
  • Take the lead in optimizing the funds transfer pricing (FTP) mechanism and the management policy of internal fund transfer
  • Supervise other subsidiary banks of the group to establish and implement the funds transfer pricing (FTP) mechanism
  • Participate in the continuous optimization of FTP mechanism and coordinate the daily operation of FTP mechanism
  • Put forward FTP strategy suggestions of matching assets and liabilities management objectives
  • Monitor and analyze net interest income movement of business units and propose related recommendations
  • Take the lead in proposing the trends of FTP system optimization requirements, product monitoring and customer behavior models
  • Responsible for development and implementation of the FTP mechanism policy, administrative measures and operating procedures
  • Complete other tasks assigned by superiors, cooperate with colleagues and instruct their work
Requirements
  • Degree holder with major in BBA, Finance, Risk Management, Economics, Statistics, Accounting, Computer or related disciplines
  • Professional qualification in CFA, FRM, HKICPA, ACCA, ACIB, ACIS would be an advantage
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in banks or financial institutions with experiences in FTP/ financial markets/ asset & liability management/ risk management/ Financial Budget/ Profit Analysis/ Business Plan/ Development of ALM(FTP)System
  • Knowledge in Basel III requirements, HKMA interest rate risk and liquidity risk management policies
  • Show initiative at work, good planning, analytical and report writing skills, good coordination and communication skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, articulate Mandarin speaking
  • Good command of computer analytic applications, such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint etc. SASSQL and Macro would be an advantage
