The Client Insights & Solutions (CIS) teams globally support the Bank's Institutional business and remains critical to how we support our customers and differentiate ANZ in the market. Working with bankers and product teams, CIS develops and delivers insight-led customer solutions to help drive product sales, economic profit and productivity.

The Client Insights & Solutions (CIS) teams globally support the Bank's Institutional business and remains critical to how we support our customers and differentiate ANZ in the market. Working with bankers and product teams, CIS develops and delivers insight-led customer solutions to help drive product sales, economic profit and productivity.
The responsibilities of an Associate Director - Client Insights and Solutions, include, but are not limited to:
- Support Relationship Bankers and Product Partners in driving new business with existing or new customers, upselling through idea generation
- Support analytic-based advisory, solution design and replication, event-driven and complex transactions
- Building strong and trusted relationships with management, customers and stakeholders
- Service customers in pursuing the highest-value opportunities across all Institutional Banking customer segments by applying an insights-sales approach
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following -
- Bachelor's Degree, Postgraduate qualification related to Financial Services. Additional industry qualifications (e.g. CFA, Master of Finance, MBA) would be highly regarded
- Previous experience in a corporate finance, financial analysis or banking product specialist (e.g. M&A, Trade Finance, DSAF, Structured Finance, Solutions) role
- Financial analysis capabilities, including financial modelling skills to undertake detailed corporate finance sensitivity analysis including impact of corporate action related events, capital structure amendments, risk management and supply chain finance intermediation
- Working knowledge of Risk Management concepts and Markets products (FX, rates and Commodities) would be a plus
- Ability to partner with and influence internal stakeholders (relationship and product) to co-generate ideas, size the opportunity, commercialise hypothesis and develop and/ or deliver solutions systematically, where applicable
- Client-facing experience in conducting pitches and presentations
- Excellent communication skills
