Principal responsibilities
- Leading and driving investment insight to be disseminated via all channels
- Develop customer contact themes which timely correspond to the market events and sentiment
- Design the key broad engagement message to keep customers abreast of market outlook and opportunities
- Compile message and articles to optimize media exposure value for key investment events and wealth themes
- Ensure effective and appropriate insight material to guide sales conversations
- Work and coordinate efficiently with frontline and Marketing to deliver business initiatives in a timely, well-communicated way to drive the business
- Support multi-channel development to sustain the increasing transaction volume
- Enhance staff facing and customer facing platform to attract more new business and repeated purchase
- Maintain strong business sense as well as business focus to develop tailored strategies to penetrate into different target segments
Qualifications
Requirements
- University degree in a relevant discipline with solid experience in the investments area
- Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute qualification
- Familiarize with the complex operating and regulatory environment in formulating new initiatives to optimise readership growth
- Experienced in retail investment product development or sales & marketing with effective investment insights strategy
- Proven people management track record essential
- CPF or CFA qualification is an added asset
- Strong compliance sense to external regulatory requirement and internal guidelines
- Strong motivation, commercial awareness and communication skills
