Product Specialist, RE

The role:

• Complete fundamental research on the real estate market
• Update and develop investment models, written reports and assist with RFP
• Resolve ad hoc queries from clients as well as the sales team
• Write reports on the market environment
• Present regular ideas and findings to the Portfolio Managers and challenge current practices
• Develop strong communications with both internal teams and external clients

The candidate:

• CFA desirable
• 2 years' experience in an Asset Manager 
• Keen interest in the real estate market and desire to pursue a career in this area
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
• Solid Degree from a first class university
• Strong communicator
