Principal responsibilities
- Support the aggressive business growth of Structured Products and Bonds in Retail Banking and Wealth Management
- Develop and strengthen optimal product range and multi channel sales capability
- Drive the delivery of best practice product propositions
- Optimise sales transaction and operational flows to improve cost and time efficiency
- Meet the growth target set in Strategic Plan on structured products and bonds of Hong Kong
- Accountable for end to end strategic development for the responsible products
- Liaise with global, regional and local business, product or marketing heads, in-house product providers as appropriate to formulate business and product strategies
Qualifications
Requirements
- Experience in mid senior role at retail investment product development or sales and Marketing
- Proven people management track record essential
- CFP or CFA qualification is preferred
- University degree holder
