Provide strategic partnership across Enterprise Finance Function in the management of their critical data assets. Manages and provide oversight to Data Management and Governance activities across Finance, Treasury and Regulatory Reporting functions. Manages senior management across the Finance function globally. Manages key stakeholder's expectations and drive collaboration and consensus. Provides thought leadership to develop strategic solutions and manage their effective execution. Manage multiple data management and/or quantitative analysis teams through subordinate managers. Identify and assess strategic data challenges and data related risks for the entire Finance Function. Drives improvement in data quality across the Finance systems and data warehouse. Adopt and support the implementation of the Enterprise Data Operating Model across the critical data assets within the Finance Systems. Manages and executes 'data contracts' to ensure successful implementation of the Data Operating Model. Manages the technology swim lanes for the execution of data contracts. Work with technology and operations to ensure data quality controls are established and managed as per business needs. Establishes procedures for implementation of new data related technology enhancements and its implementations. Designs business-appropriate system controls and enforces adherence to controls... Ensures business data flow is through recognized data sources and reduce dependency on user defined technology. Leads the team's production of management reporting and analyses. Ensures business requirements are executed as expected. Establishes the strategic focus for the function and ensures that functional goals align with the objectives of the enterprise. Recruits, directs, motivates and develops more junior managers, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team. Implements performance management programs and handles manager performance reviews. Translates complex technical concepts and analyses to non-technical audiences. Delivers reports and presentations to senior leaders. Manages multiple teams and completes performance management activities for more junior managers. Responsible for the supervision of managers and coordination of functional resources. Establishes functional priorities, policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 7-10 years of total work experience with at least 1-3 years in management preferred. Experience in financial services preferred. CFA, OR MBA preferred.
