Strategy, Transformation and M&A team is a key corporate function which ensures a number of critical missions including :

- Strategy : support Group Management and Group Executive Committee in performing selected strategic reviews and looking for new key initiatives to deliver additional long-term COP impact ;

- Transformation : ensure consolidated view on key initiatives and milestones, reporting regularly to KBL Strategic Board Committee and other relevant Committees on the effective realisation of the Transformation Plan ;

- M&A : support identification of potential M&A targets across the Group, prepare presentations to the relevant Investment Committees, coordinate due diligences and support SPA/APA negotiations.

Job Responsibilities
Support selected Strategic Reviews by :

- Documenting strategic rationale

- Preparing and coordinating business cases, liaising with Finance and other support & control functions such as Legal or Tax in order to validate business cases

- Drafting macro implementation plans

Create and update the Group Transformation Roadmap by :

- Ensuring that key initiatives have meaningful implementation plans with sufficient detailing, clear deadlines and clear ownership

- Creating the Transformation Roadmap in alignment with the latest 3-year Financial Plan

- Monitoring and updating at least monthly the Transformation Roadmap based on the actual progress of the key transformation initiatives

Provide ad hoc support on M&A including coordination of due diligence and financial modeling

Prepare high quality presentations to Senior Management including (non exhaustive) :

- Ad hoc strategic reviews for Group Management Committee and Group Executive Committee

- Quarterly report on Transformation to KBL Board Strategic Committee

- Ad hoc M&A presentations

- BAC + 5 / Master in Finance or Economics

- CFA or other similar qualifications are a plus

- Minimum 2 year experience in a Strategic Consulting Firm

- Knowledge in all areas of Finance including financial analyses and modeling

- Excellent command of PowerPoint, good command of other MS Office tools

- Solution oriented, pragmatic, concrete

- Attention to detail and planning

- Good interpersonal skills enabling to communicate and influence at all levels of the company

- Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)

- Strong analytical skills

- Fluent in english and french

- German are a plus
