Job Details

A Software Engineer at Evooq works to deliver high-impact product features in our modules, applications, and services, whilst ensuring that the highest engineering standards are met. They are experts in programming, software, data and systems design.  We are looking to hire people who can collaborate on large projects with discussion, review and knowledge sharing to drive features and make us collectively stronger.

 

We are looking for the following specific skills and experience but are happy to talk to people who are bright and have the ability to learn fast.  

  • Cloud: AWS, GCP or Azure
  • Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes
  • Languages: Java, JavaScript
  • Tools: TDD, junit, git, maven
  • Datastores: Postgres

 

Optional but valuable skills and experience include:

  • Frontend development: JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular 7
  • Domain knowledge: financial products, wealth management, structured products
  • Agile delivery experience

 

We are looking for smart, clear communicators who like to solve problems with original thinking, and are able to work as part of a cross-functional team.

Candidates must have or be eligible for a work permit in Switzerland.
