• Strong academic background and intellectual curiosity

• Background and/or strong interest in finance preferred

• Demonstrated ability to conduct in-depth thematic research across a broad spectrum of topics which can be additive to the investment process

Job Description – T. Rowe Price Associate Analyst CLOs

• 2-4 year, structured program offering extensive training and mentoring, designed to develop future analysts
• Help build processes and systems to analyze, transact and surveille CLO investments.
• Manage and organize large amounts of data about CLO managers, tranches, their attributes, risk and return metrics, and performance
• Work with High Yield research to generate bottoms-up sector insights and loan-level default and loss given default expectations
• Daily opportunity to learn directly from our senior investment professionals across the securitized and high yield platforms
