They are currently seeking to recruit an associate to support the Corporate Finance team in the execution of a high volume of transactions and business development initiatives.

 

You will be a self-starter and will work as part of a team on a wide range of corporate finance transactions in a highly challenging and rewarding environment.

 

Continuous professional development and education is strongly encouraged and supported including Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support colleagues on a high volume of corporate finance transactions and business development initiatives
  • Work closely with your managers as part of transaction and origination teams to undertake analysis, prepare documentation and attend meetings as required
  • Interact with clients and other professionals, building relationships and presenting a positive image of the company
  • Contribute effectively to overall skills mix in the department

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience of working or interning in corporate finance/financial markets or other relevant discipline preferable
  • A genuine interest and passion for capital markets
  • A business/finance degree or masters qualification
  • High level of accuracy with strong attention to detail, highly numerate with strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to act on own initiative
  • Excellent information technology capability, including a high level of competence in Microsoft Office products (particularly Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
