Achieve the topline target of 15mn thereby contributing to growth targets of the organization through the achievement of the sales targets. Key contributory factors:

# 15 calls per day ( x per week)

# 02 client meetings per day

Liaise with capital market team for client base management in order develop clients according to product category & other such criteria, which enable the organization to reach the expected business objectives within the stipulated timelines (Closing the deal & client acquisition

Establish a comprehensive Sales strategy for year 1-3 inclusive of the measurements & follow up mechanism focusing on customer acquisition & revenue growth targets, in order to assure the company been competitive & innovative enabling the expansion of customer base and assuring its strong presence whilst maximizing the sales team potential, crafting sales plans & justifying same to the management.

Responsible for preparation & maintenance of regular & periodic sales forecasts (Monthly, Quarterly & Annual) as well as presentation of sales, revenue & expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team. Inclusive of the monitoring & analysis of performance metrics with the suggestions for improvements.

Keep abreast of industry knowledge, trends & competitor moves with timely research and feed same back into the growth & expansion of the organization. Includes the research for identification of emerging markets, new potential customers, new market opportunities and market shifts while been fully aware of new products & competitor status as well as providing timely & effective solutions aligned with client needs

Input the necessary updates on a timely manner to the organization's website & social media presence whilst been up-to-date with new product launches & ensuring the team is on-board.

Collaboration within the organization & across respective external stakeholders for networking as well as potential business opportunities, inclusive of:

# Building & promoting strong , long lasting customer relationships by partnering with them & understanding their exact needs

# close attention to detail as negotiation & closing of agreements

# ensuring brand consistency through liaising with marketing & product development teams on a regular manner

# Supply of market intelligence to make better decisions in their investments

# After sales service & follow up with all relevant stakeholders

Your Fit

  • A Minimum 4-5 years related experience in similar capacity, preferably within the industry
  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting / Business/ Finance or a related field OR
  • Part or Full qualification of CIM / SLIM
  • A Passion & Drive for results with a strive for excellence 
  • Strong Negotiation & relationship management capability
  • A Masters or other advanced degree would be an added advantage
