Client Portfolio Manager

Role and Responsibilities

  • Client Portfolio Manager responsible for liaising between Investment Team and the firm’s clients.
  • Work closely with the Relationship Managers on understanding clients’ needs and appetite
  • Responsible for developing new investment solutions that satisfy client needs
  • Build the investment proposals to prospects and clients and present the relationship management team with recommendations on asset allocation / investment solutions.
  • Responsible for IPS maintenance, cash flow management and portfolio rebalancing.
  • Come up with ideas that accelerate the sales cycle and help grow clients’ assets.
  • Prepare customized reports based on clients’ requests
  • Support the Relationship Managers with the client portfolio reviews and provide insights into their asset allocation, performance, positioning, risk, etc…
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis on client asset holdings.  
  • Conduct data analysis on clients’ experience with the firm and provide recommendation to management.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in the asset management industry and / or investment consulting.

• Undergraduate degree. MBA / CFA is a plus

• Strong presentation skills.

• Strong communication skills.

• Highly organized and detailed oriented.

• Ability to take initiative and come up with new ideas.

• English command is required. Arabic is a plus.
