  • Member of the Group Liquidity Regulatory Reporting team, with responsibility for oversight of regulatory liquidity risk reporting for the Standard Chartered GroupThe individual will be responsible for review and signoff of regular and ad hoc analyses performed by the liquidity reporting support teams in India and for management of an ongoing book of work to monitor and address known systems and booking model issues affecting liquidity reportingThe individual will also work on Basel III Liquidity Reporting systems enhancements , to support preparation of NSFR and CFMR reporting under European Banking Authority and Bank of England PRA guidelinesThe team focuses on overseeing the Group's strategic liquidity, including setting limits for key liquidity metrics and pricing internal funds, forecasting of the Group's balance sheet including key liquidity ratios, lead on liquidity related regulatory work and oversight of the Group's connected lending limits.
  • Responsible for review and challenge of daily weekly, monthly and quarterly liquidity returns for the PRA and supporting Senior Manager in any ad-hoc requests from the regulator
  • Provide high quality research and analysis for liquidity risk management, including
  • Review of liquidity regulatory risk metrics
  • Liquidity risk reporting on Group wide basis for internal and external (PRA and statutory) purposesPerforming impact assessments for new products and corporate structure change proposals
  • Assist in preparing responses and analysis with respect to the changing PRA and Basel III regulations pertaining to liquidity in the banking industry
  • Requirements gathering for calculation of PRA's GAP2 metric, Net Stable Funding Ratio (NSFR) under the EBA requirements
  • Review and monitoring of EBA's ALMM reports (including C66 Cashflows) and PRA110 (CFMR)Act as a liaison between the business user groups and the technical systems groupsParticipate in the development and implementation of liquidity risk analytics solutions
  • Past experience in a Liquidity regulatory reporting role would be advantageousExcellent interpersonal and communication skills. Candidate will be required to communicate clearly and concisely, and depending on the audience (e.g. business users vs. developers), adapt the communication style.
