Start your career with Bank of Singapore as a Corporate Development Manager in the Corporate Development team! !

Reporting to the Head of CEO office and Corporate Development, you will be responsible in supporting senior management in formulating our bank's strategy, driving strategic initiatives, monitoring market and competitive intelligence for the organization and work with people across the bank to develop and implement recommendations.

  • Growth strategy: Assess strategic growth priorities across the businesses for acceleration. Collaborate with senior executives across all BUs and key stakeholders to develop long term strategic direction and growth strategy
  • Strategic execution: Ensure respective BUs rollout and implement the recommended strategic initiatives on time; manage and coordinate the Bankwide Operating Plan
  • Market intelligence: Participate in analyses on key industry trends and dynamics (technology, competitors, consumers, regulatory, etc.), and develop insights on the economic impact on our businesses
  • Thought leadership: Exercise thought leadership through developing/driving end-to-end projects aligned to the bank's strategic priorities

  • At least 10 years of solid experience in a strategy implementation role in financial services; preference will be for candidates with understanding of business and project management skills
  • Self-starter and ability to own projects from initial question to development to rollout
  • Flexibility to adapt in our work environment, moving quickly and handling changing priorities
  • Detail oriented and highly organized, with strong planning and process management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work effectively with business leaders
  • Excellent analytical skills combined with a practical, results-oriented approach
  • Ability to organize people and processes, and ability to lead groups toward a single goal
  • Bachelor's Degree (Accountancy/Finance/Business)
  • CPA/CFA preferred
