Client Relationship Manager

Client Relationship Manager: Assist planner in all aspects of maintaining client relationships and help in building relationships with prospective clients.

  • Identify appropriate implementation opportunities for clients
  • Research investment/insurance/annuity product developments, sales opportunities
  • Serve as point person for all assigned clients
  • Quarterback client meeting preparation and all meeting tasks to completion
  • Delegate tasks to appropriate team members and holds regular meetings with his/her support team
  • Help maintain client relationships and portfolio management
  • Daily client interaction via phone and email
  • Develop investment proposal, retirement analysis, life insurance analysis, education analysis
  • Develop observations and recommendations (Implementation Schedule, Estate Plan Write-Up)
  • Prepare investment reviews
  • Develop investment models and asset allocation strategies (Investment Committee)
  • Research investment/insurance/annuity product developments, sales opportunities (L&L)
  • Execute trading and/or rebalancing
  • Run in-force Insurance Illustrations and strategize with Associate Client Relationship Manager
  • Data entry using planning software (designIt and eMoney)
  • Professional education required (CFP, CIMA, or CFA)
  • Applicants must be local to Hunt Valley, Maryland. There are no remote worksites for our firm.
  • This position does not involve any selling or business development
