We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital distribution channels in the investment management industry.
You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. As our digital marketing leader, you will work with the marketing team, investment support teams, and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget.
We are seeking someone with a vision, a strong team player and a digital marketing advocate. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach and will be our first person in this area of the firm. This a ground floor, roll-up-the-sleeves type of opportunity.

Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Build sales funnel execution and conversion points and optimize user funnels across multiple channels.
Collaborate with PR firms, advertising agencies and other vendor partners.
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Strong knowledge of the investment management industry is extremely important in order to understand the application and regulatory landscape of digital distribution in our industry.
BS/MS degree in finance and marketing or a related field experience. CFA, CAIA, CFP or CIMA a plus, but not required.
Proven working experience in digital marketing in the investment management or finance industries.
Prior experience bringing a website to marketing or part of a website development project in the asset management industry.
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com, Pardot, Hubspot, Marketo, SharpSpring and other marketing and sales automation services and vendors. Experience with LinkedIn B2B applications.
Understanding of telephony integration concepts and solutions. Practical experience a plus.
Strong knowledge of Morningstar Direct, Evestment Alliance, PSN Informa, FINRA advertising standards, SEC and GIPS compliance regulations, commingled product structures like mutual funds, ETF’s, CIT’s and UCIT’s.
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas).
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
