Vice President - Private Equity Finance And Reporting
The ideal candidate would hold ample exposure of private equity funds. You will be actively involved in company investment matters & deal support. The function will involve management accounting & reporting. Also you will be in be speaking & supporting the various team heads. Hence a strong team player & coordinator will be ideal for this position.
The functions will include compilation of financial, regulatory & management reports along with other ad hoc reporting whenever required. This would be a senior position in the team reporting to the CFO.
The ideal candidate will possess relevant exposure from a well established private equity firm and a big 4 audit background.
- Degree in accounting or related disciplines with CPA/CFA or equivalent.
- Min. 8 years' of practical experience in Private equity, Audit firm or an renowned alternative fund house.
- Strong co-ordinator.
- Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills
