  • Support the efforts of the Officer(s) to properly and proactively prospect
  • Schedule and track prospect meetings and calls¬†
  • Facilitate and prepare materials for prospect meetings and calls
  • Attend onsite meetings and conference calls and write up notes
  • Ensure prompt follow up to prospects on inquiries and requests by working with internal groups
  • Maintain contacts, opportunities and activities in CRM system
  • Manage and oversee new account start-ups, account closings and coordinate cash flows
  • Manage the RFP process
  • Ability to have a speaking role in prospect meetings and calls
  • Act as a resource for ad hoc projects
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with various internal functional groups
  • Be seen as a trusted, approachable and reliable contact for prospects



  • Bachelor's degree with 3-6 years of experience, preferably within the financial services industry
  • Working towards MBA or CFA
  • Proficiency with MS Office including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Superior organizational skills and the ability to prioritize time-sensitive tasks
  • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow through
  • Self-starter with positive attitude
  • Team player
