We are currently seeking a permanent full-time Principal, Asset Management to work within our Infrastructure & Renewable Resources department. The Principal plays a key role in protecting, growing, and realizing the value of the portfolio by a) actively engaging on issues confronting individual companies, b) building and leading processes to ensure sustained progress across the entire portfolio, and c) developing perspectives and knowledge on corporate governance practices as they relate to private investments.  The Principal also supports the due diligence activities for prospective investments.


Must have:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in the investment management profession (preference for institutional investment experience), private equity, investment banking, management consulting, or corporate M&A
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: i.e., a proven ability to build lasting trust-based relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational skills


  • Experience in or knowledge of infrastructure investments
