Our award winning European Transaction Advisory Group is currently building on its significant success working with Financial Institutions, Private Equity firms, and Corporates across Europe and increasingly on a global basis.
We work closely with our clients to make informed investment decisions as well as improve the performance of assets they already own - providing independent and objective analysis that goes well beyond traditional due diligence and maximizes value at every point in the transaction lifecycle.
We are expanding our European Transaction Advisory team and we are looking for an experienced and ambitious Manager for our team based in Amsterdam.

A&M is a growing business and Senior Associates have extensive client exposure and the opportunity be involved in business development activities. All team members join the weekly TAG meeting where WIP, project pipeline, resourcing, marketing and business development initiatives are discussed. Senior Associates are actively involved in these discussions and are valued members of the TAG team.
Senior Associates are very much encouraged to build relationships with their client peers, planning and participating in relationship building activities. We recognise that building relationships with clients is crucial to building a platform for promotion and career development.

Our Transaction Advisory team work in multi-disciplinary teams on projects across a number of geographies so Senior Associates have the opportunity to build and leverage broad international deal experience.
Our base salaries are highly competitive and bonuses are un-capped. Senior Associates are rewarded for their contribution to growing both TAG and A&M and our bonus system is well known for both its fairness and generosity.
As part of a select and highly skilled team, Senior Associates have the opportunity to lead and manage Transaction Advisory Services engagements, working closely with our European Directors and Managing Directors.
As part of a pan European team, Senior Associates will have the opportunity to work on cross border deals and to work in multiple locations including London, Frankfurt and Munich. In addition, the Transaction Advisory Group is a Global service line and secondments to teams in the USA, China and other territories are supported.
A&M work with a variety of Financial Institutions, mid-tier and top-tier PE houses and corporate clients providing our Senior Associates with broad industry exposure.
Senior Associates are expected to lead teams, reporting directly to Directors and Managing Directors and coach and develop junior colleagues.
A&M Senior Associates gain constant exposure to the Directors of the team and gain ‘on the job' learning and development, leveraging their substantial deal experience.
Our Transaction Services team can work alongside Operational and Tax Due Diligence professionals in combined project teams enhancing your understanding of the broader due diligence and wider deal process.
Senior Associates are encouraged to internally network with our service lines and to work on external marketing events to build cross- service line relationships.
Similarly Senior Associates are expected to be active in the market, supporting and enhancing existing client relationships and in beginning to develop new client relationships.

- Previous experience in Transaction Advisory is essential in addition to experience in Financial Due Diligence across Financial Services or Private Equity / Corporate M&A transactions
- Qualified Big 4 trained Accountant and / or an exceptional relevant academic record - professional qualifications can include and are not limited to; RA, RC, ACCA, CMA and CFA
- Native Dutch is essential in addition to fluent business level English. Additional European language skills including German, French, Italian or Spanish are highly desirable
