  1. Proactive client support, liaising between client and internal product managers and relationship managers, in order to educate clients on our capabilities and what we can do to fulfill their needs
  2. Recognize opportunities and develop solutions to properly position our products and effectively apply them to client portfolios
  3. Confidently offer guidance, leadership and broad investment conversations with clients across the asset management spectrum (mutual funds, ETF issuers, RIAs, hedge funds, pension funds, family offices, wealth managers)
  4. Work with the largest and most complex buy side firms that are evaluating our solutions to put our company in the best position possible to commercialize ongoing relationships
  5. Manage operational aspects of client trials to confirm or assess client's needs and conduct basic product training
  6. Identify new client opportunities for sales at existing accounts
  7. 5+ years in investment services or capital markets, with exposure to senior level executives in a client facing and phone based role
  8. Investment management experience preferred​
  9. CFA a plus
