Job Duties:

  • Assist IVM COO with operations, risk, legal, compliance, finance, audit, IT and administration matters
  • Establish, improve and update operation manuals to ensure full compliance of Head Office and local regulatory requirements
  • Coordinator for internal processes and management reporting among the group, eg. Statistics, budgeting, business plans, Head Office reporting and other initiatives etc
  • Assist deal teams in deal execution process including closing of projects, post investment requirements, attending departmental meetings, and ad hoc requests
  • Work with IT to enhance transaction booking and management application (IPMS) and on-going maintenance of its data
  • Coordinator for the annual audit with internal and external auditors
  • Assist and work with IVM COO on ad-hoc projects including new product design, fund set-up, new system build-up, testing and implementation, and any other matters relating to BMO function
  • Work with Legal and Compliance to ensure our businesses are in compliance with requirements of governmental and regulatory bodies such as SFC, HKMA, external auditors


Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of working experience in accounting/ finance industry with hands-on experience preferably in supporting fund management / direct investment business
  • Experience in fund accounting/ administration / IT project management / management reporting /operations preferred
  • Strong academic background, CPA and/or CFA qualification preferred
  • Understanding of Chinese culture and work experience in Chinese firms preferred
  • Fluent in both written and spoken Mandarin and English
  • Highly skilled with Excel, Powerpoint and Word
