We Offer
  • You a challenging and dynamic role within our business area Investment Solutions & Products (IS&P) in the International Wealth Management division
  • You will be part of the COO function of the business area Liquid Alternatives with a strong focus on hedge fund Life Cycle Management and trade processing
  • The aim of this key role is to be the central point of contact for all kind of questions regarding hedge fund Life Cycle Management and transactions. You will need to liaise with key partners such as Portfolio Manager, Analyst, market counterparties, custodian, administrators as well as other providers
  • The rare chance for you to oversee and steer the whole lifecycle of hedge funds and trades, starting with manual placement of settlement/transfer instructions, monitoring of securities/fund transactions to ensure timely settlement, systematic chasing and resolution of pending transfers, differences and breaks, up to active interface management and the continuous improvement of fund transfer processes
  • By undertaking a variety of activities within product management, you'll be in charge of the cash flow monitoring, liquidity line management, collateral and derivative management and execution, as well as the accomplishment of important control and reporting duties

You Offer
  • A university degree in finance or an equivalent education (e.g. CFA or similar preferred) paired with at least 2 years of professional experience, which you gathered ideally in the field of hedge fund or settlement operations
