Your Role

The Analyst will support the Head of Responsible Investment in all aspects of the implementation of the Group's strategy for Responsible Investment. The Analyst will interface across Investment Management's global team and with Group functions such as Corporate Responsibility, Communications and Investor Relations, taking on an important role in internal and external collaboration and communication efforts.

As a Responsible Investment Analyst your main responsibilities will involve:
  • Maintain and improve reporting in the context of various internal (KPIs) and external commitments (eg PRI, DJSI and CDP), including the collection of information from internal and external asset managers.
  • Maintain a Responsible Investment position statement as well as general documentation and slide ware of the Responsible Investment strategy and support internal and external communication
  • Support local teams in the execution of proxy votes and other aspects of strategy implementation
  • Support the analysis of impact investing opportunities, such as green bonds, and refine the impact measurement approach
  • Conduct research and background analysis on topics related to Responsible Investment as required


Your Skills and Experience

As a Responsible Investment Analyst your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
  • Bachelors degree (BSc or equivalent first university degree) in sciences, finance, economics or business (minimum)
  • If degree(s) is in sciences or fields not directly related to investments, finance or economics a CFA or related work experience is a strong plus
  • Specialist knowledge of investments and capital markets or sustainability and responsible investment gained from 1 to 3 years of experience in financial services or consulting
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication (oral and written) skills in English, preferably at native level, with ability to communicate and relate to senior management and external audiences
  • Proficient use of main desk top computer applications
  • Entrepreneurial, passionate and highly independent team player


Additional Information

Primary work location is Z├╝rich. The travel requirement is up to 10%.
