Job Purpose (Job Summary):
This position primarily provides administrative support to the CIO Global Solutions and the Global Head of Performance and Risk along with various senior team members.

Key Responsibilities / Duties:
     * Provide direct administrative support to the CIO Global Solutions and the Global Head of Performance and Risk. Provide administrative support for team of executives
     * Coordinate travel both international and domestic including detailed itineraries. Process expense reports
     * Maintain calendars and schedules for meetings, appointments, travel, etc.
     * Prepare schedules/agendas and coordinate internal and offsite meetings, including setting up conference rooms, ordering catering as appropriate and welcoming guests. Liaise with Corporate Events for office and/or client functions
     * Monitor and distribute all incoming and outgoing correspondence and maintain files
     * Prepare meeting materials, handle requests for information and data, maintain team org charts
     * General duties: clerical (photocopy, fax, mailing), maintain electronic and hard copy filing system, maintain office supplies
     * Special projects as assigned

Work Experience / Knowledge:
     * Minimum 5 years experience as an Administrative/Executive Assistant
     * Familiarity with the investment management industry a plus

Skills / Other Personal Attributes Required:
     * Flexibility and the ability to set priorities and work well under pressure to meet deadlines
     * Excellent organization and communication skills, both oral and written
     * Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
     * Ability to work independently and proactively while maintaining a customer service oriented attitude in a fast-paced and changing environment
     * Ability to handle confidential and sensitive material in a highly professional manner
     * Mature judgment, willingness to take responsibility, and initiative to make decisions within the scope of responsibilities

Formal Education: (minimum requirement to perform job duties)
     * College degree and/or equivalent work experience
