What it's about

  • Member of the Quantitative & Risk Management business unit
  • Lead and manage a team of six investment risk managers on a day-to-day basis
  • Take responsibility for the risk management of private markets and liquid private markets investment strategies
  • Communicateto internal committees, management and board of directors
  • Participate in client meetings and represent the risk management team
  • Interact with internal and external auditors
  • Modeling and analysis of data referring to private markets assets

What we expect

  • At least 5 years of experience in either investment risk management or audit in the financial industry
  • Master's degree or PhD in mathematics, physics, engineering, economics or finance
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (English)
  • Strong quantitative skills
  • Prior leadership experience in a professional environment is considered an advantage
  • Experience in critically reviewing, improving and documenting processes
  • Ability to generate original ideas and develop new models or processes based on them
  • Driven and self-motivated person
  • Well-organized and reliable person with an accurate working style
  • Good project management and relationship management skills
  • Knowledge of Python (Pandas) and SQL is considered an advantage
  • CFA designation is considered an advantage
