This is an exciting opportunity for a client focused marketing and client service professional with experience of working in an asset management firm. 


We are looking for a self-directed and motivated individual who:

• Is an excellent communicator with great presentation skills with the ability to articulate investment process and strategies

• Has strong interpersonal skills needed to build and foster relationships with existing and prospective clients 

• Has the ability to develop presentations as well as creating and editing written materials

• Understands the Asset Management industry including SMA’s and UMA’s for US equities

• Has the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

• Possess highest level of integrity, discretion, honesty, commitment and professionalism 

• Is highly organized, detailed oriented and has a strong work ethic 

• Has the willingness and ability to travel


Key Responsibilities include:


• Develop and execute marketing plans in conjunction with the firm’s Partners/Portfolio Managers

• Identify,  generate and execute on new business opportunities by developing and fostering relationships with institutional investors, consultants, plan sponsors, public funds, corporate pension plans, foundations and endowments

• Assess client investment objectives, effectively articulate firm’s investment strategies and present portfolio results to maintain and retain client relationships

• Maintain extensive telephone and written contact with clients, prospects and consultants in Client Relationship Management database

• Provide regular reporting on activities, new sales opportunities, client focus and product initiatives to firm’s partners

• Oversee a team of one or more client service professionals



• Relevant marketing and/or client service experience required

• Must be registered or willing to register with FINRA as series: 63 and 6 or 7, and 24 or 26

• Institutional investment experience and CFA a plus
