Axioma is seeking a motivated Client Support Analyst to maintain and help grow relationships with existing as well as prospective clients in Europe.  This position is based in Axioma's London office.  This is a client-facing role and a key component of Axioma's value proposition.  The successful candidate will have strong background in quantitative and computer sciences, a passion for problem solving, independent thinking and process improvement, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.  


  • Support and pro-actively maintain relationships with existing clients
  • Work closely with colleagues to assist clients with product usage, distribution, installation and training on all modules of the application in an efficient and professional manner
  • Collect and provide feedback on product features or enhancement requests to the product management group
  • Cooperate with the sales and specialist teams on new client demos, case study preparations, trials and presentation collateral
  • Answer questions and conduct training related to new features after each release
  • Serve as primary liaison between clients and all Axioma resources available to them
  • Identify opportunities for growth as well as threats to client relationships and communicate to appropriate Axioma resources


  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (Masters preferred) with a background in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or Computer Science, or similar
  • Programming abilities in Excel VBA, C++, Java or Python is very desirable
  • Excellent quantitative skills and a passion for problem solving, independent thinking and process improvement
  • Experience with statistical applications such as R or MATLAB is a plus
  • Financial market experience is a plus
  • Solid understanding in equity concepts surrounding modern portfolio theory
  • Knowledgeable and conversant in factor risk models is desirable
  • Understand the portfolio optimization process and theory
  • Pursuit of a CFA designation is desirable but not required
  • A demonstrable ability to learn on the job and under pressure
  • Strong written, oral and active listening skills are required
  • Languages: English mandatory, other European languages a plus but not required
