We are looking for a passionate Client Services Professional to join our Asset Management (AM) Japan Client Services team, servicing clients of J.P. Morgan.


 


Key responsibilities include:




  • Onboarding new fund distributors



  • Performing AML/KYC/KYD process



  • Draft and send client communication letters and make follow-up phone calls



  • Attend international video conferences and take part in global projects



  • Draft and maintain legal documents, e.g. fund distribution agreements



  • Maintain sales database



  • Deal with tasks in relation to onshore and/or offshore investment trusts



  • Draft and maintain internal policies and procedures


主な業務内容:


リテール・ビジネスのクライアント・サービス担当チームのメンバーとして、営業活動をサポートする業務に従事する。主な業務内容は以下の通り 。




  • 新規販売会社のオンボーディング手続き



  • AML/KYC/KYDの実施



  • 顧客コミュニケーション用レターの作成・送付及び電話によるフォローアップ



  • 海外拠点とのビデオ会議やグローバル・プロジェクト対応



  • 販売会社契約書等の法定書面の作成、管理



  • 社内営業データベースの管理



  • 国内籍及び外国籍投資信託の取扱い業務



  • 社内規程の作成、管理


  • 4+ years of experience in Asset Management or Financial Industry

  • Experience in providing client services to investors and fund distributors preferred

  • Frequently communicate in English (meeting, email, phone, etc.) in the current workplace

  • Proactively take action to solve problems in collaboration with both internal and external parties

  • Excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English

  • CFA or CMA charter holder preferable

  • 業務上、日常的に英語でのコミュニケーション(会議、電子メール、電話等)を行っている方

  • プロアクティブに、国内外の関係者と共に問題解決に向けた行動を取れる方

  • 日本語および高度な英語力必須

  • CFAまたはCMA資格保有者尚可
