As Relationship Manager, you will identify opportunities and put in place marketing plans to enhance and expand SG's presence with, and revenue from clients by leveraging the full breadth of SG's products and service capabilities. Your focus will be on commercial and corporate banking products.

Your Main Responsibilities:

  • You will establish and develop profitable client relationships and cross selling through direct origination effort
  • You will assess client needs, problems and requirements and produce creative solutions, especially in a capital efficient manner
  • You will gain trust and confidence of clients, product specialists and other divisions and product executives, also through product and technical expertise
  • You will cross-fertilize with the different business lines and divisions of the bank to identify cross sell opportunities worldwide and pitch products and solutions to clients
  • You will develop and implement changes in terms of strategy, current and prospective client lists and client service methodology required to improve performance and revenues
  • You will make first level credit assessments of counterparty risks involved
  • You will coordinate credit analyst and support resources to ensure a smooth and timely credit process

Your Profile

Experience & Technical Skills

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Finance or Business Administration
  • CFA or equivalent qualification is a plus
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience in a client facing role
  • Successful track record of selling products and solutions to corporates
  • Successful track record of meaningful contributions to product solutions in the area of structured products
  • Broad knowledge of products, both across investment banking and commercial banking
  • Good credit and risk knowledge
  • Strong analytical and technical skills
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Fluent in German and English (oral and written); French language skills are a plus
  • Ideally good knowledge of SG's organization and commercial teams
