The Equity Product Management Analyst will interact closely with both investment teams and business professionals, contributing to efforts centered on reviewing and evaluating the integrity of our equity approaches, and driving the success of those products in the marketplace. He/she will also assist in developing new investment approaches to ensure the firm's services meet the needs of clients and prospects.

Responsibilities will include performing analyses related to portfolio positioning and attribution, market trends, competitive positioning and pricing. Additional responsibilities may include creating marketing and client materials, reviewing RFPs, responding to client questions, automating workflow, and acting as a portfolio management liaison for our clients' relationship teams.


The Equity Product Management Analyst role requires demonstrated skills or knowledge of portfolio and market analysis, in combination with a passion for equity investing. A positive, collegial attitude, and high level of professionalism are essential, as are creativity, initiative, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with tight deadlines.

The ideal candidate is likely to possess the following qualifications:

* A strong academic background. A professional qualification (e.g. CFA), or progress towards one, would be viewed favourably.

* 2-5 years' of relevant work experience;

* Strong working knowledge of equity markets;

* Demonstrated numeracy and analytical skills;

* Effective verbal and written communication skills;

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team;

* Attention to detail and ability to prioritize.
