The Client Service Manager serves as the manager of the Client Service team responsible for day-to-day contact for complex institutional investment management clients. The CSM, through the Client Service team, is responsible for addressing client issues proactively, efficiently and to the clients satisfaction. The CSM also serves as the primary client liaison during the initial funding of a client relationship and strategy transactions. In this position, the CSM is dually responsible for client satisfaction and minimizing risk to the firm. The CSM and team communicates with clients in a variety of ways including oral and written. In addition, the CSM will serve as a liaison between the client service representative (CSR) and other internal departments and assist CSRs to resolve administrative problems. The CSM will also manage various projects related to regulatory, legal, and other Client Service related activities throughout the year, and will participate in other Corporate or firm wide projects as needed.

Qualifications
BA or BS degree in business, economics or similar advanced degree desired. Five to ten years experience in investment or trust field. Exceptional interpersonal skills. Proven excellent oral and written communication skills and quantitative skills. Strong organizational and prioritizing skills, attention to detail and ability to effectively follow up and resolve matters. General knowledge of quantitative investing, fund accounting, trust operations and investment regulations. Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and databases. MBA, CFA or work experience with quantitative investment a plus. Series 3, 7, and 63 licenses will be required; candidates should have an expectation of achieving these within 6 months of employment.
