Commercial Banking - Corporate Wealth and Sales Management

Hang Seng's Commercial Banking business provides customized one-stop financial solutions to our corporate customers, from prime small and medium-sized businesses to publicly listed companies.

For customers conducting business locally or around the world, we offer a comprehensive range of services including corporate lending, trade and receivables finance, structured loan, cash management, investment, treasury services, insurance and e-Banking services. As a reliable financial partner, we attend to the specific business needs of our customers and provide efficient tailor-made banking solutions through our relationship managers and dedicated specialists.
We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Assistant Manager, Sales Support, Corporate Wealth
Principal responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative support to the corporate wealth management sales team
  • Compile periodic sales related reports, management information and performance statistics for market analysis or research
  • Assist in building and maintaining databases
  • Data analysis of Investment/Insurance/GI sales reports
  • Responsible for enforcing sales guidelines and sales compliance, monitoring of sales process and managing various sales quality reports
  • Monitor and update the marketing materials / new products training materials
  • Coordinate with relevant parties to organize meetings and participate in ad hoc assignment
  • Compile standard / periodic reports & power point in daily sales administration
  • Assist Deputy Division Head in sales management and maintain good relationship and provide quality meeting material to business partners
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree / or Minimum 3 years of banking insurance/investment experience, especially in sales support and quality assurance
  • Strong self-motivation, with the ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Organized, good at data analysis with strong accuracy, good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong skillset on database management, must be familiar with MS Office especially on Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Strong sense of ownership, efficient and effective in completing assigned tasks
  • Good knowledge of investment, life and general insurance business is an advantage
  • Proficiency in both Chinese and English, with fluency in Putonghua preferred
  • Acquired relevant Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination Paper 1, 2, 3 is an advantage
  • License holders in relevant areas as required by SFC and HKMA is an advantage
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
