Corporate Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

Maintaining Group P&L, BS & Cashflow projections;
Group capital structure planning and work with business units (BUs) on company level capital structure planning;
Ascertaining Group funding requirement, debt headroom and serviceability;
In conjunction with Group CFO, negotiating banking facilities (from term sheet to facility documentation): pricing, terms, covenants;
Identify key value drivers and sales and costs trends in BU's market and assist CEO/CFO to develop and execute strategic plan in conjunction with the BUs;
Identify key risks in each of the BU's markets and assist CEO/CFO to develop and execute risk mitigation plan in conjunction with the BUs;
Support strategic initiatives of CEOs/CFOs (e.g. negotiating key business contracts, M&A, expansion projects);
Support CFO on FX exposure planning;

Requirements:

Preferably 7-10 years' experience working in a corporate finance/management consulting related role;
Strong accounting background with some work experience in assurance;
Ability to confidently build financial models (P&L, B/S and Cashflow statements);
Ability to develop stakeholder presentations;
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organisation;
Excellent organisation skills and attention to details;
Good problem solving skills;
Effective communication skills in English (both written and spoken). Plus if candidate is able to speak and/or write Bahasa or Vietnamese.
Experienced user in Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
Experience in loan negotiation and documentation is a plus;
Self-starter and team player.
Able to run projects independently.
