The team you will be joining is a part of State Street Global Advisors, one of the biggest asset managers in the world, that provides services to governments, institutions and financial advisors across the globe. You will be part of a collaborative and award winning marketing team that is driving business results through data driven, creative and high impact marketing campaigns and initiatives.

You will be responsible for our global brand strategy in a variety of ways, including:
  • Working closely with the Global Brand Director to refine our brand strategy and positioning
  • Utilizing existing and new sources of research to become an expert resource on our brand health and competitive positioning
  • Developing brand health tracking KPIs and success metrics
  • Analyzing industry resources, competitive research, media and other sources to understand and influence the future vision and strategy for the firm
  • Consolidating research and industry trends, and develop a report-out method for sharing research insights across marketing and other teams within the firm
  • Acting as a strategic consultant for internal business partners and agencies, demonstrating a mastery of our category and business; Ensuring creative strategy and execution is on-brand
  • Partnering with the brand and design teams to refine and improve our brand governance program
  • Educating internal teams on the brand and being a brand advocate within and outside of marketing
  • Reviewing and assessing opportunities for brand sponsorships, co-branding relationships, events, etc.
  • Partnering with Communications and Channel marketing teams to develop creative ways to communicate the overall company vision, business strategy, organizational changes, accomplishments, thought leadership, etc.
  • Managing brand budget and vendor relationships

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with at least 5-7 years of experience in communications, marketing or brand management
  • Expertise in research and analyzing data
  • Experience with B2B brands
  • Experience with rebrands - from either an agency or in-house perspective
  • Expert in project management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills that provide clear direction and enable collaboration between teams
  • Experience building relationships, confidently interacting with all levels of leadership and understanding and valuing cultural differences
  • Ability to prioritize and balance competing goals, projects and personalities
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and feedback effectively
  • Experience navigating and getting things done in a large organization whether from an in-house position or from the agency side
  • Confident and creative communicator who can tell stories from data and influence change

Salary Range:
$80,000 - $132,500 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
