Who we are looking for
State Street Global Advisors Application Technology Solutions (ATS) in Stamford, CT is seeking a Business Support Analyst to assist with issue resolution, vendor management, and training to insure operational excellence of an integrated investment platform that supports a global user base of 200+ users across Front, Middle and Back office functions.

This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements.

What you will be responsible for
As a Business Support Analyst in the ATS organization you will
  • Monitor and support user workflows and technical integrations across the platform and interfacing corporate systems.
  • Triage and engage appropriate internal and vendor teams to insure timely resolution of issues.
  • Assist with tracking and prioritization of requests with the vendor support team.
  • Assist with on-boarding of new clients and new instruments to support business growth.
  • Prepare requirements and Operational Job Documentation for new inbound and outbound integrations to the platform.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study.
  • 2-5 years proven experience in the Financial Services industry.
  • Knowledge of the Asset Management or Investment Management industry and data
  • Able to functionally understand technical system architectures
  • Experience working with Excel and MS Office
  • Demonstrated experience working in an environment managing multiple, concurrent deliverables with shifting priorities, demands, and timelines.
  • Results oriented ownership mentality.
  • Strong technology insights with demonstrated ability to work across business lines.


Additional requirements
  • Prior experience with the Aladdin investment platform a strong plus.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and Database skills.

$105,000 - $165,000 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
