Small, growing family office seeking to fill a generalist analyst position.

Highlights:
  • White Plains, NY based firm (7 person firm). Primarily in-office work expectations. Limited travel.
  • 2-5 years target experience (strong preference for 2-year analyst bank training program)
  • Hire will report directly to COO and work closely with CIO/senior analyst/operations.
  • Multi-strategy + opportunistic investment approach allocating primarily through 3rd party managers (hedge funds, private funds, beta/long only).
  • Top-down asset allocations views drive portfolio construction. Educational background in economics or relevant training preferred.
  • Primary workload will include conducting due diligence and monitoring of existing investments, gaining knowledge of invested markets and improving the firm's understanding in these areas, assisting in due diligence of new investments, client + asset allocation presentations, company operations support tasks.
  • Flat organization structure. Hire will work with everyone at the company.
  • Strong spreadsheet modeling and presentation writing skills essential.
  • Ideal candidate is a self-starter who is eager to broader their investment, markets, and economics understanding, as well as meaningfully contribute to the growth and development of a small company.
  • Target start date Q3 2023.
